Pantry Makeover
We will work together to create a shopping list, meal plan, look at the ingredients in your current pantry, and make it over. This service is two 1 hour sessions with an optional grocery trip add on.
Group Coaching
This is an 8 week group nutrition class that will open up in January

Over 12 weeks I work 1:1 with clients to help optimize nutrition, lifestyle, and eating habits. This program is completely tailored to the individual.
